Roman Purple Series 1, Rare or not ???

Hi, ive recently purchased a 1971 series 1 XJ6 that was resprayed in metallic red and had a beige vinyl roof fitted around 1981.
All the floor pans, engine bay and boot internals are still the original purple the car left the factory in.( dark, possibly metallic purple )
Just got a Heritage certificate done which states the colour being ( Roman Purple, paint code LSC 26095 ).
Ive googled it to death and cant find any pictures or info on an XJ or any 70's Jag in this colour.
The colour doesnt seem to exist on any of Jaguars colour charts of that era!?
If anyone can help with any knowledge of this colour or pictures of an XJ in this colour that would be great!?
Cant make my mind up wether to restore car to this colour without seeing it on the car.
There must be other Xj6/12's in this colour ?
First owner was London County Council, could it be a special order or just not many people wanting a Purple Jag, even in the 70's?
I will try to add a picture of the inner boot panels if it might help.
Thanks for any leads or knowledge on the matter.
Neal
