Borg and beck Clutches

I have heard rumours that Borg and Beck have quietly recalled all their HK9702 9.5inch clutch kits which we use on our cars. Firstline, the parent company, deny this but do say that they are out of stock and will be for some time. Does anyone know what the real picture is? I need a new clutch and am wondering what to do.

I have given up on the B&B and fitted a clutch purchased from SNG Barratt. All has been fine since then.
