Looking for some serrated Bellville type serrated spring washers as photo, part numbers C30075/1 & C30075/2. The ones from Schnorr are not wide enough. The original ones have approx. the same width on one side as the radius
I can see them on SNG Barratt @ £1.74each and I need over 200no !!
Any help always appreciated
Richard

Could a plain washer and suitable Loctite compound do the same job?
What is the application that requires 200.
David manners show them a fair bit cheaper:

They're all over the S1 V12 engine, I'm a fan of originality so I need the serrated ones
Thanks anyway

Hello Richard,
I would think it's worth negotiating a price for that quantity?

Some 10-15 years ago, someone found a supplier in Birmingham who did them in hundreds for not too much money. They were slightly smaller diameter and black rather than metal finish, but an acceptable substitute IMHO.
The supplier was Belleville Springs, of Redditch, and
they have a website.
Or you could phone SNG Barratt and see if they'll do a discount for bulk purchase. I've always found their staff very helpful.
