358 Passenger Air Bag Veneered Panel - SORTED IT'S REMOVAL

I'm changing my wood set from Burr Elm to Burr Walnut and have removed everything except the passenger air bag veneered panel. From what I have learned so far the panel has a slim peg in each corner and these push into a receiving slot. Two straps and a long securing pin prevent the panel flying off into the passenger's face if it goes off. I just can't budge this panel. I'm trying to be careful but has anyone had one of these panels off before?.

Removed it successfully, disconnect negative side of battery first and wait a minute for any residual power to drain and then lever/pull the right hand side of the panel first. (Main veneer panel around gauges must be removed first) Gently apply greater pressure to the right hand side of the air bag panel and it will come free, then keep working it till the left hand side becomes looser. Once it is free a long pin holding the two safety straps to the panel must be knocked out with a drift and a light hammer. Reverse the process to refit the panel.
