Is it possible to find details of exact interior leather/carpet etc. colours for my x350 SE 3.0ltr. please?

Open the front passenger door and look down the A-post. Half way down you will find the paint and trim code plate for your car. Note the codes, example, MDZ as a paint code. Google to find what the colours are known as. Paint mixing businesses though will only be interested in the letter codes.
