Occasional window failure

Again, not trying to take over the forum.
Every now and then, none of the windows work. Normally after starting up as far as I can tell. Then, after a few minutes, they all work again.
I thought it was me being a twit but Paul Titheradge at Wiltshire Jaguar noted it today.
Any ideas how to trace this one? On top of the others!

P.S. the car drives beautifully and is quiet (I recollect driving a Bentley and the sublime ride is the same). But more oomph than the Bentley I drove years ago. Thanks for directing me at the X350, Mike Kennedy!
