X358 xjr carbon door trim

I am trying to locate all 4 interior door trims in silver carbon style for my 2009 XJR. ...or would look at having them carbon dipped along with dash trim if this is do able?

Any ideas welcome...

In the first instance, I would contact Eurojag. They advertise in the magazine. They provide high quality second hand parts at reasonable prices.

I would expect these particular parts to be rare and perhaps rather more expensive than the normal trim sets. There may not be too many around!

If you went the dipping route this might not be so easily done. I believe the passenger airbag unit has the trim on the front which may not be removable.

Di-noc is a 3M product. This sticky backed material on a roll is developed for fitting to car interior trim. It is very plausible in effect and is not overly expensive. There are many different trim finishes to choose from. There`s loads of it on ebay. Application on complex parts can be slow and fiddly. If you have patience, a scalpel and some spare time, results can be very effective. The process is not dissimilar to having a car externally wrapped.
