front passenger door

Hi my front passenger door is locked and won't unlock tried everything looks like the inside lever is out a little and the small locking piece above it is in the locked position and won't move any ideas on opening the door help

Did you really mean to post this under "Brakes, Hubs & Wheel Bearings"? If so, your car is in need of serious help!
I think you will find some threads such as
Passenger door lock stuck useful. (I found that by searching for "door lock" in the X350 forums).
