X350 Power fold door mirrors

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if the X350 door mirror complete assembly is interchangeable with the later X358 door mirror assembly.
I have seen a picture of a 2003 X350 with the later X358 mirrors fitted. But would they fit straight on without having to drill new holes in the door frame?
And will the wiring connector match up?
I think the X358 mirrors are also an identical Volvo part.

Any help is appreciated.
