Powerflow exhaust system
Just had my system replaced from cats back with one-off stainless sytem - sounds nice as well!

Thanks for that,I was curious because I noticed your location & I am sure that when I was checking up on Powerflow a few years ago they were showing a dealer at Deeside,I did end up having a system fitted on my previous motor at Cybox & wasn't totally impressed with the job they did,it tended to clang around a lot over the multitude of speed bumps around us,I ended up trading the motor in for my XJ before they sorted it,trust yours is better,looking for somewhere to fit one to my XJ so may give them another go!

Initially they left off the rear silencers and had straight through pipes but it droned too much under load, so I got them to add rear silencers back on. Very happy with it now - and it's guaranteed for life (as long as I still own it!).

Hi,
Nice fit and look. I am in the process of weighing up whether to go stainless. If you don't mind me asking, was it much more expensive than a standard replacement exhaust? I imagine it was due to it being SS, but did it break the bank?

Bargain, Powerflow Slough just quoted me a ball park of £1100. Said it was due to the age of the car. 1996 X300. To steep for me. ChePer to drive up to the Wirral. I may shop around.

I don't see where the age of the car comes in. They probably haven't done one before and just picked a number out of the sky!
When I contacted Powerflow in Wirral, they asked to see the car first, put it up on the ramp, took measurements and asked what I wanted (quiet, noisy or noisier!) - then gave me a quote there and then.
They wanted the measurements so they could order the silencers in before commencing work, to have a head start.
I even got to drive it before parting with any cash.
