Aerosus Rear Suspension Unit's

My 2006 x350 (4.2) has developed a sagging rear o/s , down to 33cms and not rising when the engine is started. I am assuming the rear suspension unit is leaking so does anybody have any experience using the Aerosus suspension units. They seem to be good quality and I was thinking of changing both rea units on the basis of prevention better than cure etc.
