Hi Alan,
If you are referring to the strange shape lump it's a resonator to reduce intake noise at certain engine rpm. It's part of the air intake tube moulding that connects to the air cleaner box, so it's not available as a separate part. The exact part number depends on your car's VIN. Have a look at either the Jaguar Classic parts or the SNG Barratt site and work you way through the menus to get the right part for your model and year.
