wheels and tyers

hi can any body tell me the correct pressure for my tyers on a 350 3ltr i have a brand new set fitted before i bought it they are pirelli zero nero p 235/55 zr 17 i seem to be getting a lot of road noise at the moment thanks 4569max

There should be a placard label on the inside of the left front door which details tyre pressures for your car.

I would suggest you playing around with tyre pressures on your 350, justing changing them within a couple of PSi and see what effect it has on the ride quality. small changes can make a big difference, especially with low profiles. The X-350 does suffer from less good low speed ride quality especially over small sharp bumps, it is a function of the air bag suspension. I know owners who haved moved wheel size down to 18 inch to improve the ride. New tyre laws also mean that each new tyre you buy from next year should have indicators of its wet grip and noise generated ( like washing machine's star rating, but not as clean!!)Let us know how you get on.

hi mike for some reason the label on the door panel gives the chassis number /colour code but not the tyer pressure any ideal where i can get it from thanks 4560 max

Have a look in the drivers hand book. Otherwise check the vin plate on the passenger A post. M

On mine (2008) the tyre info is on the back of the plate covering the fuel filler. Fine print that you can't read at night at the garage with the air hose in your hand

Sorry about the delay but the tyre pressures are on a sticker on the petrol filler cap but is awkward to read as said before.
