Hi everone,
I posted this question on another forum, but so far I have not received any response. So I hope to receive help from everyone
I bought an X350 old (4.2L V8 supercharged) 2 months ago from another owner, the car has run 150,000 miles.
It needed the supersession belt, bottom wishbones and the garage have also recommended a new set of tires as they are almost worn out.
I have been suggested a set of Toyo tires (the same as currently on), does anyone else have a view on Toyo tires or could recommend an alternate good set of 4 tires. My price range is less than £500
Need an advice, Thanks!

In the UK, I`ve run my MY04 X350R for the passed two years on Jinyu Gallapro tyres from a Far Eastern manufacturer. To date they have proved totally satisfactory in hot, cold or ice and winter conditions. They required minimal balance weights when fitted and carcasses were "round" in shape once fitted and tested by having the car just jacked so the tread area just touched the ground. Wheels were individually spun whilst watching under the tread for any high spots.None were evident.

Brand leading premium makers will have higher manufacturing overheads than Far Eastern makers. That may or may not have some bearing on the quality of a tyre. Only you can decide whether you wish to go the OE specified way or take a punt on cheaper tyres. All I can say is that the above tyres cost around £100 each and have achieved what we would expect from a tyre without issue.

Thanks for your respond. I will look at the tire you have suggested.

I ran my x350 on Pirelli, Continental and finally Hankook. All gave similar mileage and I felt the Hankooks were the best value.

I've run my Supercharged Range Rover on Toyo Proxes for the last 2 changes and they've been great tyres.
