Found this thread on another Jag Forum,post No.3 describes how he changed his reluctor ring.

I take it you have the X350 Workshop Manual,had a quick look in there and could not find any info relating to the reluctor rings.

I do not have a manual for it yet no.
It’s the first job on it that’s potentially needed any possible instruction. Everything else to date I have managed with basic car skills.
