Fitting dashc am

Could someone please recommend which fuse to use to hard wire dashcam in 2006 X356 XJ8?. Hopefully I can use the fusebox on left side of dashboard. Is there an obvious earth point? Many thanks. Chris

My choice was to use a cigar lighter/accessory plug into the socket behind the glove box. But if you've already used that, or you've bought a dashcam with a fuse socket blade and no accessory plug, you'd obviously want a suitable fuse. Sorry, I can't help with that.

I am unable to find the internal fusebox in my 2006 Jaguar XJ8 X356 (Japanese import) in order to fit dashcam. Can anybody help please? Chris

From memory passenger footwell area..

Thank you all. The fusebox is located in the drivers footwell on right hand side and awkward to get at. But all done thanks. Chris
