side indicator lights

hi all any ideas on how to remove the side indicator lens to replace the bulb. and what type of bulb is required.

With the orange long wing type on early cars, I`ve used a feeler gauge slipped under one or other of the ends to depress a tang behind the unit. If you can achieve thant, the unit just pulls out from the wing panel. I can`t remember which end you go in from.

The lamp type should be a 501 W5W 12V 5W type. Halfords have them on the rack.
