SATNAV AND DAB

I have just bought a 2004 Super V8 but the Satnav needs updating. Any suggestions?
Also, it has a remote for what looks like an aftermarket DAB radio with a sensor mounted above the touchscreen. Anyone have any idea how I work this?

The last update DVD was dated 2011 as far as I recall, and wasn't much different to the predecessor (2009 or thereabouts).
Unfortunately there's no way to get later data into the box; it will only accept data produced by the original suppliers. (There are people selling cheap "backup" CDs - i.e. home-made copies of the official DVDs in breach of copyright, but the data is the same.)

I think Jaguar's answer to "my Satnav is out of date" is "Sir will be needing a new car".
