Can anyone tell me if the Bosch electric window motors on the X350/X358 are interchangeable with the X type ones, they are identical in size and design, with the fixing holes in the same places, same number of teeth on the nylon drive sprocket, and with the same electrical connector. Some of them have exactly the same model number stamped on the Bosch motor casing.
I have noticed that the used X type ones for sale on Ebay are much cheaper than the X350 ones. I would be interested to know if anyone has actually connected an X type one up an X350 to see if it works OK.
