Radio Security Code

Hi I have just had a new battery fitted but I have missed the Security Code for the radio. Does anybody know how I can find out what it is.
I have also mislaid the radio handbook and checked all the documentation which came with the car.

If all else fails there are websites you can get it from for a fairly low fee.

As you say if all else fails. I am going to try the Jaguar specialist who looks after the my car today.

Chris,
From memory, there's a way of bypassing it. It definitely used to work on x-types and s-types that use the same basic screen system.
You press the fast forward button on the bottom row, then simultaneously press the A.Mem button, then simultaneously press the PTY button for 2 seconds and Bingo, it should come to life! Worth a try!
