SNG Barratt discount?

Hello peeps
I can’t see anywhere online how we get a discount when ordering online- is the discount only available for phone orders?

I think you need to register as a customer, then it asks if you are member of any club. Confirmation gives you the discount when you log in before ordering - all prices are shown discounted. Try looking at prices before and after logging in.

Ordered over the phone in the end
Only provide a 5% discount

I've just registered but couldn't see anywhere to add membership of any club? I've also often wondered about the mythical SNG discount for club members?

I reckon you’d get a better discount at a Jag dealer. I only used SNG as they had a part that Jaguar listed as NLA.

On genuine parts, I absolutely agree that a Main Dealer is best for price. I usually get 20% from my local dealer, so it's only really OE parts that I might use Barratts or Manners. But it would be nice to find out how to get the fabled JEC discount from SNG!

I rang them during the week and when I spoke to the chap on the phone he said yes we do give a discount but because the part I was trying to order had to come jaguar I was not able to get a discount. I found that a bit strange but there you go....

I waited 2 weeks without a response, so I called them. They said one of the 3 parts I was looking for was NLA, but they didn’t bother calling me to tell me.
Can’t recommend them on that basis.
