Mk IX Fuse box cover

Here's fuse box cover C.12546 that's rusted that I'm just about to clean off and re-paint

But there's an unreadable label on it. What does it say? I can then do a fair replica and replace.
Or a readable pix would be of great help
There's only four fuses and the voltage regulator relay underneath
So presumably the label says more than that

Have tried owner's handbook. And the mechanical help book, and the parts' book.
