Front & rear Springs Racing MK2

Please could some of you who have Raced MK2s Jaguars kindly help me with some of your expert knowledge
on what type of poundage/height of front springs to use in my MK2 for saloon car racing,
any tips on uprating the rear leaf springs would be appreciated, if any one has a S/H set of front springs or
knows who to get them from please let me know.
