It looks like it might be one of the cars converted by Cabriolet International. If it's in good condition, the price isn't unreasonable. It's probably more unusual in being a 3.4 litre rather than the typical 4.2 litre conversion but the extra weight of the conversion will have taken its toll on performance - a cruiser and not a racer!
