Paint codes from Jaguar?

Looking to get the Kent alloy paint codes for a restoration and nobody seems to have them. All the restorers have said I need to ask Jaguar.

How exactly do I do that? Is there a heritage department? Why would they be so secretive about a wheel they do not make anymore?
