Change of S type

I am thinking of part exchanging my 1999 3.0 SE s type in olive green very good condition 150k miles, for a facelift 2004 3.0 V6 sport stype costing £2590. 113k miles .

Any one got a V6 sport s type 2004 , and apart from the normal things anything I should look out for?

If anyone is interested I could sell the olive green jag privately, have all receipts for 5 years.
