The Ultra Low Emission Zone that will come into effect in London in April 2019 will charge petrol cars that do not meet Euro 4 standards. Euro 4 applied to all new cars from 2005 onwards, but some cars before that date would be Euro 4 compliant. My S Type was registered in July 2004. Is it likely that my car is Euro 4 compliant ? Any ideas ?
