Hose not available

Hi My 2k3 STR is poorly . My mechanic tells me the part is unavailable . I tried to find it on SNG website but no good . Any one suggest another place to look ? Here part of the message the mechanic sent me.
Part number 2R 83-18K578-CC , EPDM-N2M5BPL it goes from the back of thermostat housing to heater control valve. Can anyone help?

I don’t recognise those part numbers as Jaguars.
Try looking on their site for the hose you need.
