Active dampers, s type same as xf?

Evening
I’m looking at replacing the active dampers as they are 20+ years old now. Would I be correct in that the x250 xf uses the same damper units as it’s based on the s type floor pan? Reason I ask is they are cheaper to buy and look on the exterior exactly the same as the s type version.

Anyone else looked into this?
