Can anyone tell me where I can get some mud flaps for my 2005 S type R?
Cant seem to find any for the R.

A Main Dealer or Jaguar specific parts vendor should be able to help. However....
Frankly, I`d avoid fitting mud flaps. They tend to drag on the ground when cornering and if not fitted with sealer between the flap and the body work will quickly lead to corrosion. Grit and water get trapped behind the flaps and grind the paint away....then the rot starts! I fitted a set of flaps on one S-type and quickly regretted doing so.
They also get knocked off on speed bumps which can lead to panel damage.
