Front Offside Fog Light Replacement

Postby Evansmr » Sat Jan 11, 2014 7:06 pm

I need to replace the front fog light, off side, after it and the surrounding plastic cover were damaged when I hit an obstacle in the road. It is true I don’t use them much but for the looks want to replace it.

The fog light has 4 screws which need to be tightened from behind and look a devil of a job to replace and if you have any tips on how to replace it I’d be grateful.

Thanks

Hi,

You don't say if your car is pre or post 2002.5 as they had different front 'bumpers/spoilers'.

If its the old style bumper, then if you jack it up and support it you can remove the black plastic underskirt and all is revealed, access looked very good when I last looked. I don't know about the new type bumpers.

Best wishes
