Electric mirrors misbehaving

Postby tonye » Sun Oct 21, 2012 7:00 pm

The mirrors on my s-type do somthing odd,the rh one will not adjust outwards & the lh one will not adjust inwards,ah ha dodgy switch I thought so changed it- still the same,so next got a door module only to discover this needs coding to the car, or so I'm told.
Any thoughts :?:

I'm a bit late with this post but you could try disconnecting the positive battery lead for a few minutes then try them.
