2.7 diesel not reving

Need some help, I own a 2.7 V6 diesel and have had all injectors and the ecu changed but the engine will not rev 1000rpm, Any ideas on what could be causing this. the car has been looked at by a Jag specialist but he does not have a clue.

Try a hard re set by removing both battery leads Poss + first and wait for about 15 mins then touch both of the leads together for about 5 seconds then connect them back to the battery Poss+ last. It sounds like you could have a signal failure between the pedal and the throttle body.
