V12 Coolant

I have owned my V12 E Type for almost 2 years now and am aware that the older coolants are recommended for replacement after this time. Is it still recommended that Bluecol or similar Ethyl Glycol products are used? Thank you.

The answer is 'yes'. Modern red/pink antifreeze materials do not mix well with older ethylene glycol antifreezes. Mixing causes gels to form and these can block radiators and cause hot spots. Stick with Bluecol or similar ethylene glycol antifreezes to avoid these problems. Mike.
