Lower Ball Joint Spigot

Lower Ball Joint Spigot

I am changing my ball joints. Is it possible to remove and replace the lower ball joint spigot by pressing it out with G-Cramps or simliar or is this a garage job with a large press

I changed mine to sealed XJ40 types and knocked out the old cup with a hammer and punch. It was easy.
