how are these supposed to come off, Ive removed the large central bolt and the body link arm bracket with its two small bolts and the thing just wont come off - any techniques?

guys,
thanks for your help. I managed to get them off easy enough, releasing oil did not work, but some help from my gas axe did by gently warming up the insde of the trailing arm cup once the main retaining bolt had been removed by pointing the torch through the bolt hole at the inside of the cup on the trailing arm - realeased a peiece of cake aftert that.
top tip though, clean both surfaces and liberally coat with copper grease. Dont reassemble if full of underseal as the plank had done on mine.
