Source of Paint Codes?

Does anyone have a source for paint codes? My '74 OTS is due for a new coat of paint, the original being SILVER, now quite faded and I've been tasked with finding the right manufacturer colour number. Thanks for helping and Happy Easter.

Thanks, Simon. I was hoping that there'd be a list of cross referenced paint codes from the era, but at least your thread gives me a couple of contacts to pursue.
