ive been restoring my 2+2 s1 etype auto for ages now and my property has recently been flooded, ive just looked at my engine an gearbox an the water came over the top of the torque converter also filling the sump ,rather than try to get them serviced due to cost what are my options regarding a different box/converter ? am seriously thinking about giving up after all this time . help and advice much appreciated.
