The Getrag box, I had to modify the centre console to accommodate .
During a recent visit to Stoneleigh on Jaguar Spares day, I fortunately noticed an adeptation offered for sale, that allowed the gear lever to be repositioned in the original position. If anyone is considering a similar conversion, please contact me and I will let you have information and photos
