Hi can anyone tell me the best oil to use in my series 3 V12. 1972

Hi pgxxl1959858.
Here are some sites with good info on engine oil for the E-Type V12:
https://www.opieoils.co.uk/service-pack ... hicle.aspx

https://rego2oil.castrol.com/en_au/aust ... _1972_1974_

https://www.kwecars.com/everything-need ... gine-oils/

http://www.jag-lovers.org/e-type/maint.html

Or you could email David Marks or Ken Jenkins.
They both share their knowledge to club members for free
Hope that helps.
Take care.
