Forum glitches

I think there are some glitches on this board, first last Sunday it wouldn't let me on saying it was too busy which I find very hard to believe.
Second tonight while clicking reply it redirected me a couple of times to a fault page??
After posting a reply you have two options return to forum or view message, I click to return to forum and it takes me back to the header of the message I've just replied to, this happens everytime I reply.

Your first two points are Internet problems, outside our Server and BB Software and have affected many of the Forum sites.

Your last point is a question of semantics. I/we talk of 'the Forum' as being this site and its BB. Unfortunately, the writers of the original BB software call our 'sections' eg 'Comments & suggestions' as a 'Forum'.
So, in that respect, the software is operating as designed.

For the sake of discussion, I regard the BB this way:
It has a 'Forum Top' or 'Index' showing 17 'Sections'.
Each Section is divided into 'Topics' each having related 'Posts'.

If you like I'll change the link message, from 'Click Here to return to the forum' to 'Click Here to return to the section'. You can always use the 'BB' button to go to 'Forum Top'.
