Bad visibility

I know bright sunshine is a rarity in England, but when driving into the sun I find the reflection from the top of the dash causes a 'whiteout' through the windscreen.
Is there any way to dampen this effect?

Hi Tel,
Yes there is a way to reduce the effect.
This has been deveised by John Goldsbrough and details and photo will appear in a future edition of the magazine.
John says:- "The best I found was a mat black suede like material which is now stuck on and eliminates the reflections".
You have to be a bit careful on how you finish it around the edges of the dash.
