On the MOT history site that comes back as a Vauxhall Vectra? Either way at 12 years old history won't mean much. As you are now the owner it's best to go right through the vehicle, full service and inspection so that you know any problems that may show up.

As Poprivet tried to find out for you, go to this Gov.UK link, put in the registration and you'll be able to see its MoT history that is better than nothing.

https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history

The worn rear tyre (inside edge) is a common indicator of a worn suspension link or two, even though in your case the wear in the tyre and the link are on opposite sides! When buying parts for the suspension (front and rear), be careful to use only genuine Jaguar parts, All to often the 'untutored' suppliers and owners believe Mondeo bits will fit and be cheaper. Cheaper, yes, fit, often no! They are dimensionally different and create excessive, uneven tyre wear.

Inside tyre wear at the rear can also be the tracking out of line.
Mine was miles out and wore the inners down to the canvas in about 8000 miles.
