blowing smoke / engine flat spot

Hi,I own a 2007 Jaguar x type estate 2 litre diesel it has been the worse car I have ever owned can any one help please.The car has done 79,000 miles and had a full service at 77,000 and new EGR fitted the problem now is whilst driving you can feel a flat spot now and then on the engine it seems worse up hill,also if i pull away fast or have to change up a gear it blows out black smoke and also I can hear a air leak type of sound I have no warning lights on the car will start first time

A split top inter-cooler hose is a favourite failing. after a clogged EGR valve.

Inlet manifold probably needs a good clean
As mentioned, EGR hose which sits between EGR and MAP may have split, remove using 7mm socket on jubilee clip and examime for splits, press hose all round as some splits are not immediately obvious
Alternatively, hose between MAP and Intercooler, jubilee clips corrode and break
Lastly, but least likely, check the boost hose between turbo and Intercooler for splits
