Hello folks, I am just wondering if and when the cam belt on my 2.2 diesel X type will need to be replaced. The car has got 24000 miles on the clock. Can anyone advise please.

I stand to be corrected but AFAIK both the 2.0 and 2.2 diesels use cam timing chains, not belts.

No need to change these on a regular basis.
