i am going to buy a gearbox , and was wondering if anyone was coming from that way , and i could meet them at the event, and hand over some beer tokens for their troubles ??

Just did some totting up, Over 60 X-Types are going with a few more to confirm. Apparently some S-Type are masquerading as X-Types as well, but I think we can forgive them for that

got my new X Type, checked , serviced and sort of smartened up ready for Cosford and spares day, looks a huge amount better then when I got it mid week

Hi Bandit, just got back from the meet.

You could have just turned up, if you went then you would have had a good day. If you didn't go then sorry you missed it.

There will be other meeting throughout the year, I will post up details as and when they are due

a great event and thanks to those who organised it, I didn't to a full head count, but I reckon 40 cars of all specs and colours, here's a few pics of the guys assemble at Telford services early doors on Saturday

first of all i thought it was Sunday , Doh,

then , on Saturday , i watched the F1 Qually , and then three international rugby matches back to back with the aid of a third of a bottle of Rum , lol

well , i did just finish an 80 hour week at the cheltenham festival


glad it all went well for you all, and the weather was good

It was quite funny rolling out of the service station in convoy. I was near the rear and there was some very bemused looks on other people in the car park

like wise I was at the back, the good folk on the M54 were shocked to see 50 or so X Types come past them, nose to tail, outside lane, 70 mph, a great day
