Baby sister arrives in France

Hi,

My 2005 XJ (X350) now has a new baby sister, a 2004 X-Type Estate picked up at the weekend, and driven back home to France. Good condition and low mileage (63,000) I'm pretty happy apart from a rattle that seems to be coming from the passenger side seatbelt anchor point, a non-working ambient temperature sensor (replacement ordered from SNG Barrett already) and bubbling on the rear window lower seals. Are these easy to replace, and does the bubbling indicate a rust issue underneath?
