AJ16 Themostat and coolant change

Hi,
I need to replace the themostat on my AJ16 - is this a fairly easy job? Also, any recommended coolant types? I was going to shop at Halfrauds for some premium coolant and some de-ironised water soon.

I have a new themostat and gasket on order from British Parts.

dead easy, three bolts on the stat housing, ensure you have the correct antifreeze with the correct inhibitor in, I always use Jaguar branded, expensive, but I know it's right
