M.O.T. due on Tuesday & noticed that one of the bump stop rubbers has partially come away from the cast mounting plate. No problem - I'll just pinch one off Zac (now being stripped as rot is far greater than first appeared!).
Not so straight forward! - see photo. Left one is the damaged one from my Sovereign. Right one is the one off Zac. See the difference? One bigger than the other!
So I will have to change both of them as a set - more work!!
It appears that MNA3750AB is fitted to the 4 ltr supercharged model (but must have been fitted to Sport as well because Zac is a 3.2 Sport).
MNA3750BA is fitted to all other models - unless someone can enlighten me further?!!

I did Naki - and it passed MOT, next day, with just 1 advisory - slight play on nsf inner tie rod.

Re: Rear Suspension Bump Stop
I have a 2003 Jaguar XJR R1 with 8 x 18 ET 33 BBS Milan Wheels. I recently purchased 9 x 18 ET 35 BBS Milan Wheels for the Rear.
The big wheels have caused the tires to rub on the bump stops MNA3750AB. I was advised to halve out the original bump stops. Or I could replace them with bump Stop MNA3750BA which smaller and came on the earlier 94 - 97 Jaguar XJ6. Will these bolt up without any modification ? Any advice will be appreciated.
