cleaning maf sensor

Does anybody have any hints or tips for cleaning out my MAF meter. Is it OK to use carb cleaner.

Suggest you use the spray variety for preference. Avoid touching the sensor wire.

Cleaning is a straight forward job and you will probably notice a difference if your MAF was dirty.
